PTC thermal ceramic heating elements have a function of temperature,temperature control,automatic temperature .when ac or dc voltage applied to the PTC components,below the curie point temperature, low resistivity ,heat up quickly,when once beyond the curie point temperature,the resistivity increases suddenly,make its current fell to a stable value,to achieve automatic control of temperature ,constant temperature,do not need to add temperature control circuit device,and can be adjusted according to the requirements of the different temperature through the formulation of PTC element curie temperature.

Applications 

High-pressure PTC heating element is applicable to the following electrical equipment:shoes dryer,hot melt glue gun,rice cookers,electric heating boots,electric mosquito dispeller,steam combs,steam generator,humidifier,hair curler,vending machines,air curler,vending machines,air curtain machine,hand warmers,tea dryer,for cosmetic,bottles,thermostat,etc.

Characteristics 

1.Don’t burn,safe and reliable PTC element when the fever is not red,the halogen-light,is not easy to burn,PTC element around the temperature beyond the limit,the auto dropped to balance its power,won’t produce risk burning.

2.Long life For oxide ceramic PTC element itself,without the drawbacks of nichrome wire high temperature oxidation,no fragile phenome-nonsuch as quartz glass tube,long service life.
